12. Credit Cards and Loans

Loan Disbursal

ScoreUp does not process, hold, or handle any funds related to loan disbursal or repayment, and does not operate any pass-through, pooling, or nodal account for any loan facilitated through the Platform. As required under the RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025, loan amounts are disbursed by the Partner lender directly into the User's bank account, and repayments move directly from the User to the Partner, except where a recovery-related flow is specifically permitted.

Repayment mandates — including e-NACH, e-Mandate, or UPI Autopay — are set up directly between You and the Partner lender (or the Partner's designated payment service provider), and are governed entirely by that Partner's own terms. ScoreUp's role, where applicable, is limited to redirecting You to the Partner's mandate-registration flow.
